Our stay had its ups and downs. While the location was beautiful and offered a peaceful environment away from the hustle, the room we received was not what we expected and the service left much to be desired. The facilities were decent, but the dining experience could use improvement, especially with overcrowding during peak hours. Overall, it might work for a short visit if you're prepared for some inconveniences.

Rooms
5.0
We were disappointed with our accommodations, as we received a standard room instead of the suite we booked. It had two queen beds and a kitchenette with a broken mini fridge, which was not ideal for our family.
Service
5.0
The service was quite lacking. The front desk seemed indifferent to our complaints, and we felt ignored when we raised issues regarding our booking.
Location
7.0
The location was serene and away from the main tourist crowd, offering a quieter experience. However, it was far from the vibrant areas filled with activities.
Dining
5.0
Dining was a mixed bag; while one place had great food, the service was slow and the pricing felt excessive for what was offered.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities were okay, but there were power outages during our stay, which disrupted our experience. The pool area was decent but could be overcrowded.

5.8/10

Our stay at the resort was a bit of a mixed bag. The rooms were clean and well-appointed, which was a plus. However, I found the prices for food and drinks to be outrageously high, which really put a damper on our experience. While the pool area was nice, it was often crowded with kids from the other pools. Overall, it felt more focused on extracting money than providing value for guests.

Rooms
8.0
The rooms were very lovely and well-appointed, featuring a king bed and pullout couch with amenities like a stovetop and microwave.
Service
5.0
Service was average and at times felt more focused on making money than ensuring guest satisfaction.
Location
6.0
The location required a good amount of travel to get to key areas like the Casino and Royal Towers.
Dining
5.0
Dining at the resort was exceptionally pricey, with breakfast options starting around $40 per person, making it tough to enjoy meals without overspending.
Facilities
6.0
The pool area was nice but often overcrowded, particularly with kids coming from the Cove pool.

7.2/10

My recent stay at The Reef at Atlantis was truly enjoyable, with a spacious room that offered stunning views of Paradise Harbor. The hotel is beautifully landscaped and features a vibrant atmosphere, making it a great spot for relaxation. However, service times were slower than expected, and the towels by the pool situation was a bit frustrating. Overall, it was a valuable experience despite a few drawbacks.

Rooms
7.0
The room was spacious with a lovely balcony and great views, but there were some issues with a broken light at the mirror outside the bathroom, making it a bit inconvenient for four people sharing the space.
Service
6.0
The staff were generally friendly and eager to help, but the response times for requests could be quite slow, which was a bit disappointing.
Location
9.0
The hotel is centrally located with amazing pools and attractions nearby, making it convenient for everything from dining to entertainment.
Dining
6.0
While there were limited breakfast options available, I enjoyed being able to purchase some essentials to prepare meals in the room.
Facilities
8.0
The amenities, including the pool area and lush landscaping, enhanced the overall experience, although getting a chair by the pool was often challenging due to high demand.

6.2/10

Our stay at the resort had its ups and downs. The room was spacious and well-equipped, perfect for our family needs, but the service left much to be desired and the dining options were particularly disappointing. The location offered beautiful views and plenty of activities, but did come with some inconveniences regarding staff assistance and facility usage. Overall, we enjoyed our time but won't be returning due to the service and dining experiences.

Rooms
9.0
The room was spacious, featuring a full kitchen with appliances that made it easy for us to prepare meals. The two bathrooms were a lifesaver with kids around.
Service
5.0
Unfortunately, the service was not up to par. Staff seemed unmotivated and often disregarded our requests for assistance, which was very frustrating.
Location
7.0
The resort is beautifully located with stunning views and plenty of pools, but getting around was often complicated due to poor service.
Dining
5.0
Dining was a letdown. While there were options, most meals lacked flavor and value, with dinner particularly falling flat compared to expectations.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities were fun, with a water park and various pools, but experiencing them fully was hampered by long waits for service.

7.0/10

My stay at the resort was a mix of highs and lows. The family-friendly vibe and fun amenities like the lazy river provided great entertainment for my daughter. However, the pricing felt inflated for the quality received, and the service left a lot to be desired. While there were nice options for food, the lack of inclusivity and high extra costs made it frustrating. Overall, it’s a place with potential, but there are significant areas for improvement.

Rooms
8.0
We enjoyed staying in a room with a kitchenette, which really helped make our meals easier and more affordable. It was well-equipped for light cooking, which is a bonus for a family. However, some appliances felt a bit outdated.
Service
5.0
Service fluctuated; there were some friendly staff members, but overall, many felt cold and unhelpful. We often felt as though we needed to chase things up, which detracted from the overall experience.
Location
6.0
The resort has a nice beach area, but it can get extremely crowded, especially with cruise ship passengers. This made it hard to secure a spot at the beach or pool sometimes, which is disheartening for a vacation.
Dining
7.0
Dining options were decent, and we appreciated the variety, but the prices were steep, and it was hard to justify given the quality of food received. We were smart by shopping for groceries nearby, which saved us some cash.
Facilities
9.0
The facilities, especially the kids' splash pad and lazy river, were highlights of our stay. They were well-maintained and provided plenty of fun for our family.
